The Queensbridge Building

The Queensbridge Building is a landmark residential and lifestyle tower in Southbank, rising 65 storeys above Melbourne’s riverside precinct. It brings together refined apartment living with a boutique hotel and a curated food-and-beverage offer, creating a true mixed-use destination that supports both permanent residents and visitors within the one vertical neighbourhood. Completed in stages between Q4 205 and Q1 2026, the building includes 353 apartments and the 188-room Hannah St Hotel, which Opened its doors to guests in January 2026.

Resident and guest experience is anchored by a premium “clubhouse” style amenity suite designed as a daily extension of home: rooftop terraces and gardens, a lap pool, wellness facilities (including steam room and sauna), a fully equipped gym, co-working and meeting spaces, and private dining. STACK Infrastructure Australia

The Stack APAC platform provides scaled exposure to the accelerating demand for hyperscale and enterprise digital infrastructure across Tier 1 cloud markets, anchored by a major Melbourne footprint in the Truganina hyperscale corridor. In Melbourne, the platform is currently organised as a multi‑campus rollout, with two campuses (MEL01 and MEL02) totalling 432 MW of capacity, providing customers with material headroom to expand within a single metro as requirements grow.

MEL01 established the foundation with an initial 36 MW facility on a scalable 72 MW campus, designed to support high‑availability deployments with dedicated power infrastructure and diverse fibre entry. MEL02 extends the pathway with 250 MW of critical capacity, reinforcing Melbourne’s positioning as a Tier 1 destination for cloud providers and large enterprises seeking reliability and scalability at speed.

This investment thesis is supported by strong market tailwinds, with Melbourne highlighted as a fast‑growing data centre market and demand for capacity expected to double by 2030. Beyond Australia, STACK has positioned APAC growth through additional regional openings (including Japan and Korea) as part of its broader APAC expansion program.

570 Little Bourke Street

570 Little Bourke Street is a purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) development in Melbourne’s CBD, positioned on the corner of Little Bourke Street and King Street and well placed to serve the city’s major education precincts. The project is being delivered as a mid‑rise to high‑rise PBSA tower with close to 900 beds, supported by a considered unit mix and a strong focus on resident experience.

It includes substantial communal amenity areas designed to support study, wellbeing and social connection, complemented by outdoor space and activated ground-level retail. The location benefits from excellent connectivity to public transport and day-to-day CBD amenity and sits within easy reach of multiple university and higher education campuses. The project is under construction and due to be completed in December 2027, aligned to be ready for the Semester 1 2028 university intake.
